Order intake
Customers select a service or package, review the order details, provide accurate contact and billing information, and submit a project brief. Custom projects require quote review before acceptance.
Scope and deliverables
Deliverables are limited to those listed in the selected package, written quote, invoice, or project agreement. New deliverables, format changes, rush work, or new creative directions may require additional fees and timeline changes.
Turnaround estimates
Turnaround times are estimates based on normal business conditions, project complexity, payment status, and timely customer feedback. Timelines are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Revisions and approvals
Included revision rounds apply to refinement of the approved direction. Revisions do not include complete restarts, new services, copywriting unless scoped, legal review, trademark searches, or third-party production costs unless specified.
Final delivery
Final files are delivered after required approvals and payment conditions are satisfied. Customers are responsible for checking final files and reporting delivery issues promptly.
