Client-provided materials
Customers must have the right to use all logos, images, fonts, copy, references, product details, and other materials they provide. Customers are responsible for claims arising from unauthorized materials they submit.
Design ownership
Ownership or usage rights for final approved deliverables should transfer only as stated in the applicable written agreement and after required payment is received. Unused concepts, drafts, working methods, and rejected directions may remain the property of Novastrix Global LLC unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party assets
Fonts, stock assets, mockups, templates, plugins, or production resources may carry separate license terms. Customers may need to purchase or maintain those licenses directly when required for ongoing use.
Trademark and legal clearance
Novastrix Global LLC does not provide legal advice, trademark clearance, registration services, or guarantees that a logo, name, or design is available for exclusive use. Customers should consult qualified legal counsel for clearance and registration questions.
Portfolio display
Unless restricted by written agreement, Novastrix Global LLC may display completed work in a portfolio, proposal, social post, or case study after public launch or customer approval.
